Balancing Parenting, Professionalism, and a Pandemic (Oh My!)
Balancing work and family can be challenging in “normal” times, and these times are anything but normal. COVID-19 has presented working parents with a host of new challenges, ranging from concerns about the health and safety of family members, to monitoring and supporting your children’s remote learning, to learning to do your job in new ways and with new responsibilities. With no shortage of stressors, it’s important to find ways to manage stress and create balance, while communicating with family members productively. This workshop will help parents identify the stressors in your lives, both for yourself and for your children, as well as strategies and resources to help you and your family members manage them.
