Within 30 days of your hire date you will need to register for and attend required training sessions on Diversity Awareness and Sexual Harassment Prevention. Watch for an email from our Learning Management System – Learning@Work for registration information.

Compliance Onboarding for New Employees
Review the Office of University Compliance’s onboarding page for new employees. This page will introduce you to important compliance-related topics such as UConn’s Code of Conduct, State Code of Ethics, Reporting Concerns, and UConn’s Privacy Program.

COMPLETE EMPLOYEE SAFETY TRAINING ASSESSMENT
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
In collaboration with your supervisor, referencing your work spaces’ Workplace Hazard Assessment (WHA), complete your Employee Safety Training Assessment (ESTA) at ehs.uconn.edu/esta. Register for and complete the training assigned. Visit the EH&S New Employee Website.
