Pumpkin Palooza 2024

The 2nd Annual Pumpkin Palooza at UConn will take place on October 30, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fairfield Way and Online! (Rain Date: 10/31/24) Our pumpkin-decorating competition is a great time to be had by all!

1st Place: Pathobiology

2nd Place: eCampus/CETL

3rd Place: UConn Extension

All faculty and staff can join in on the fun in three ways:

Enter an In-Person Pumpkin:

Decorate a pumpkin as a department, team, or individual and drop off your pumpkin creation for all to see. Entries will be accepted from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Fairfield Way.

Enter a Virtual Pumpkin:

Decorate a pumpkin - assistance from friends and family allowed - then submit a photo or video entry. Submissions can be uploaded starting today until 10:30 a.m. day of event.

VOTE:

Come to Fairfield Way from 11am – 1pm on Wednesday, October 30 for a Pumpkin Palooza Showcase to view and vote on the in-person creations.

Vote/Like your favorite pumpkin creation from 11am - 3pm.

Vote for as many pumpkins as you’d like.
