HR Workforce Data

The HR/Payroll Datamart (HRPYDM) provides self-service access for departments to certain workforce data, in addition to several commonly requested pre-written reports. HR will continue to develop new reports, and the expansion of data and capabilities of HRPYDM is underway.

This first phase of HRPYDM contains workforce data, such as job information (e.g., department, job title, full-time status, leave status, union and employee type), basic personal and demographic information, and other similar data.

Employees with a clear and explicit business need may request access to HRPYDM via Kuali Build. Users access HRPYDM via the WebFOCUS reporting tool. Due to the nature of the data, HR will limit access to HRPYDM and will review all justifications for access. Credentialed users must take a 15-minute WebFocus training.
