In addition to being able to make immediate benefits changes due to Life Events with appropriate documentation, employees and Graduate Assistants may elect to change their benefits plan(s), including covered dependents, during Open Enrollment.

Employee Open Enrollment

Annual employee open enrollment occurs mid-May through the first week of June (exact dates are set by the Office of the State Comptroller). Please check the Daily Digest for more details on dates.

All changes made during open enrollment take effect on July 1.

Graduate Assistant Healthcare Open Enrollment

Annual open enrollment for Graduate Assistant (and eligible Graduate Interns and Fellows) occurs in August each year.
